When will my order be shipped?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After you check out, your information will be going through a verification process. Note that unless we have verified the details you sent, your order can get cancelled. This verification process makes sure we have all the information we need from you. If anything of concern pops up, we will send you an email. Please be kind enough to respond. There might be delays to your shipment when incomplete details were provided. The verification process takes 3-5 business days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I have a tracking number?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We send tracking numbers via email. Sometimes, it could take up to 3 days (depending on verification timeline).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the volume of items shipped, your packages may be sent in different batches. Don\u2019t worry \u2013 they will all arrive to you. Should there be issues, send us a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not getting an email update. What\u2019s wrong?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Most of the time, this problem is due to customers providing wrong email addresses. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please send us a message so we can revise the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How about the verification?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Remember that the order is immediately processed after verification. Make sure to make changes or request updates before verification is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
